How rich is Dangote, when and how did he venture into business?
Dangote the alleged Richest Black Man started his first business with $3000 his uncle gave him in 1977 (43yrs ago).
He established the Dangote Group as a small trading firm in 1977, the same year Dangote relocated to Lagos to expand the company and today, it is a multi trillion-naira conglomerate with many of its operations in about 3 other African Lcountries.
How Is The FG Of Support To Dangote That Made Him Rich?
About 7 days ago, the FG exempts Dangote cement from land border closure, keeps it shut for others.
Not only that, some Politicians allegedly funds the Dangote Group.
How about Mike Adenuga. Any financial support from the FG? Not at all!
Yet Mike worth 4.7 billion USD
Dangote worth 10.8 billion USD
Difference of 6.1billion USD
The federal government will arrest and detain other businesses men or women, but will never do same to Dangote no matter the crime he committed.
In 2009, Adenuga was detained for money laundering by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. He subsequently left the country and lived in London until the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua regime granted him a pardon.
