SERIOUS TALK!! Why Do Africans/Nigerians Serve FOODS & REFRESHMENTS At Burial Ceremony?

Why should anyone eat or drink at burial ceremony?

Yesterday I made a post, asking why Africans / Nigerians value the dead more than the living and people’s responses wowed me. I was so dumbfounded. Truely, human lives means nothing in this part of the world. No wonder President Buhari-led government value cow more than the citizens. In fact in Nigeria, animals are first class citizens, while we humans are second class. Pathetic

At burial ceremony ground, some people fight and quarrel over foods and drinks. They don’t care how old the deceased is or the manner which the deceased passed on. All they cared about is merriment. Eat, drink and dance. WHY!

Why are the white people not practicing such. Where do we get ours from?

I am of the opinion that FOOD and REFRESHMENTS should not be served at burial ceremonies. What are they for? Why should anyone have the mind to eat during burial ceremonies?
